Envisions began in 2016 as a collective of forward-thinking designers, united by their fascination with materials. Over the years, they garnered international acclaim for their high-quality exhibitions and bold, experimental approach to material design. But as their success grew, so did the need for a more structured and cohesive identity—one that could serve both their design-centric nature and their B2B focus.



Challenge
The toughest part of repositioning Envisions was capturing the unique duality of their work. They operate both as a cutting-edge design agency and as a material experimentation lab, where the outcome of their projects can be unpredictable. This unpredictability, however, is where their strength lies—it’s precisely what allows them to push boundaries, create new materials, and unlock untapped potential in their collaborations. Our task was to create a brand identity that communicated this potential while making their services more understandable and approachable for larger brands and clients.

The EH NORMAL font by Elias Hanzer was the ideal choice for Envisions’ Brand Identity. Its dual glyph styles represent transformation and creativity, symbolizing new possibilities.

Approach
Our strategy focused on highlighting Envisions' ability to "break open" conventional processes and bring something entirely new to the table. The new brand identity needed to inspire clients to see the value in material experimentation and collaboration, while also positioning Envisions as a reliable and innovative partner.
The brand concept of "More Than This" became central to our strategy. We emphasized that Envisions sees potential where others see limitations, transforming raw materials into something extraordinary. This idea was visually represented in their branding through bold, minimal design, letting the work speak for itself.
The website reflects this philosophy by being clean and simple, allowing clients to explore a material index and access detailed project cases. We chose black and white as the primary color scheme to keep the focus on client content, with dynamic color-picking used for collaborative projects to symbolize transformation and the creative process.





Outcome
With the new brand identity, Envisions has successfully transitioned from a collective to a multidisciplinary design agency that can focus on larger, structured collaborations with major brands. We helped them establish a clearer narrative around their work—one that embraces their experimental nature while still presenting them as a professional, high-quality partner. The new identity captures the essence of Envisions: unlocking the hidden potential of materials and creating outcomes that are innovative, impactful, and always more than expected.
