About the Role
As a Project Manager at fffunction, you are more than just a planner; you are a central point in much of our communication. You ensure the smooth progression of both new and ongoing projects while managing the schedule and workload. You are in close contact with our valued clients, suppliers, and our top team of strategists and designers. Your project management is not only efficient but is also characterized by accessibility, warmth, and proactivity.
Our assignments range from commercial to socio-cultural projects and from local to international. What remains constant in our approach is our openness, honesty, and personal touch.
Your Resume Shows
- More than 3 years of experience within the creative industry, potentially from the client side.
- Experience working on mid-sized to large projects, including digital platforms and physical products.
- A strong ability to efficiently manage projects and balance business objectives with creative execution.
Your Responsibilities
Keeping and updating the project schedule, time tracking, and workload.
- Manage your own time and that of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and proactive communication with the client.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Enhance customer relationships, particularly during and after the completion of various projects.
- Inspire the team and be inspired.
- Direct communication with clients and suppliers, in both Dutch and English, to ensure all parties are aligned.
